These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shadsmo.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Shadowysmo. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

2. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display products, descriptions, specifications and prices accurately. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and cancel orders affected by an error, including after an order has been placed. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. See our Payment Policy for details.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we confirm it by email. We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if an order appears fraudulent.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

6. Product Use and Safety

Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings. Product warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise on the product page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Shadowysmo or its content suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadowysmo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shadowysmo from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
